Part-Time Tanning Consultant

We are looking for applicants with a strong commitment to excellence, a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, someone to accurately represent Be Bronze Tanning and provide superior client service skills. You must be able to work independently and have exceptional customer service skills. No past tanning experience is necessary as we’ll train you. 

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 5 hours per day

• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance

• Must exude a friendly demeanor at all times. 

• Must be reliable and available for the shift specified

Responsibilities

• Help run the front desk 

• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner

• Offer consulting on tanning products and packages

• Ensures customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and that all company and legal requirements are met

• Maintains a clean and organized salon by assisting with cleaning rooms and tanning beds.

• Cash handling, opening/closing business

Spray Tan Artist

As a Spray Tan Artist, you will provide customized airbrush spray tanning services that help clients look and feel their best. This role combines beauty expertise with exceptional customer service, requiring attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to create a welcoming, comfortable experience for every guest.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is personable, reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping clients build confidence. Previous spray tanning or beauty industry experience is a plus, but we will provide training. A willingness to learn, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences are essential.

Responsibilities

• Consulting with clients to determine the best custom shade based on their skin tone and desired results.

•  Applying flawless spray tans and educating clients on proper pre- and post-tan care.

• Maintaining a clean and sanitized workspace.

• Managing appointments.

• Promoting salon products and services when appropriate.
